Tri Pham, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. After finishing his residency at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, he stayed in Shreveport working at different medical centers including urgent care centers and the VA, where he has been taking care of our veterans for over 10 years as an Emergency Medicine Physician. Dr. Pham received his Health and Wellness certificate from Harvard Medical School. He stays up to date on the latest treatments, bringing his patients the very best in skills and knowledge to treat their weight loss and aid them in meeting their goals.

"Hey y'all! I'm Loren Carscadden, a passionate Nurse Practitioner at Slim Medical Clinic. Born and raised in Louisiana (just a stone's throw from Shreveport!), I earned my BSN from Northwestern State University in 2014. My nursing journey began on the stepdown floor, then transitioned to the ICU within the Willis Knighton Health System, where I honed my skills over 7 years. Seeking to broaden my scope of patient care, I pursued my master's degree and graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2021, dual certified in acute adult gerontology care and family practice. Since then, I've worked in the hospital and clinic, focusing on pulmonary and critical care, and discovered a new passion for aesthetics and self-care, thanks to Dr. Pham mentorship. I'm thrilled to bring my expertise and warmth to Slim Medical Clinic. It have been great to meet the existing patients and welcome to the future ones!"
